It was nice to have a spa on site Room is perfect but not well isolated against the noise Bathroom wasn’t the most clean. Found some hair on the ground Breakfast is amazing

Very beautiful hotel with an amazing view on the lake. Really nice for winter sports. The rooms are really beautiful and spacious.

Excellent getaway for our 10 years anniversary. Our dinner at Le Rok was also very good. We really enjoyed the spas.

Disappointing Experience at Estérel – Lack of Attention to Guests and Special Occasions I booked Estérel with the expectation of celebrating my birthday in a special way, especially after the hotel’s attentive response assuring me they would do everything to make my stay memorable. However, what I experienced was absolute neglect and a lack of attention to the guest experience. At check-in, it was me who had to mention that I was there to celebrate my birthday. I asked if there was anything special for such an occasion, and the receptionist responded vaguely, asking, “What would you like?” They suggested sparkling wine but said they didn’t have any available and ended up giving me a bottle of regular wine. The initiative clearly came from me, not the hotel. At other hotels of similar or higher standards, I have always been pleasantly surprised with thoughtful gestures in the room, such as birthday messages, champagne, or personalized kits. At Estérel, none of this happened. It was as if my birthday was just another ordinary day, with no special consideration whatsoever. For a hotel that positions itself as luxurious, the lack of attention to detail was both shocking and disappointing. Additionally, the service at the restaurants was below average. There were long waits to be seated and to place orders, indicating disorganization and possibly a lack of staff training. Good hotel, with a clean room and very good customer service all-around from every staff member encountered. Spa facilities were great, although lacking in hooks available for robes & towels. I strongly recommend this hotel and looking forward to visit again!

The spa should be renewed. We expect higher quality of the spa with the price we pay. They ask extra fees for early and late check out wich is not good

Our visit to a resort in Mont-Tremblant was incredible. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home immediately. The resort is beautifully located among stunning natural scenery, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean, with modern decor that added to the charm. Dining at the resort was a delight, with delicious food and impeccable service. The resort offered various activities, from relaxing spa treatments to exciting outdoor adventures. We particularly enjoyed the guided nature hikes. Overall, it was a fantastic mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure. We highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable getaway and can’t wait to return!

Very nice property with winter activities around. Nice room in the Emotion part of the hotel. Breakfast could have more variety for the price, wine tasting was expensive for 3 glasses but plate of cheese was excellent. A global enjoyable experience but slightly expensive.

It's a great resort/getaway with a decent variety of SPA options - sauna, steam room and a few hot tubs, which are very relaxing during winter evenings. Though if you are sensitive to noise - that might be a concern. With high prices for the room they must be dead quiet. And they are not. And lucky you if you booked the room on the top floor, else you will hear every step and evey move of your neighbors on the floor above you. Remember - it is a kids friendly resort. On the bright side - the fireplace saves the situation and puts you into the hibernation mode, which helps to relax and recover from stressful day to day life.

Loved the resort and all the activities. It was clean and really nice. The food was amazing. Some of the staff were nice and helpful but some were really rude and not helpful. I needed to ask multiple people and would received different answers.

The room was very quiet and cozy.

Overall amazing stay, frequent traveller and have not had any negatives about this place as of yet. Loved it and was our first time there.

It was a birthday weekend between friends we have enjoyed it but the room service was surprisingly slow! We also didn’t like the menu options at both restaurants the food wasn’t great either. It was a good stay overall but I find the place is a little overrated for the price it costs
