Generally a great place,the rooms were comfortable and spacious, 4 of us sharing a double room and we did not feel cramped, breakfast is cramped however so be prepared to wait for a seat and depending on your timing food as well, it was buffet style and if busy runs out quick.

The hotel was about a 25 minute walk to the falls, so we ended up using the We Go bus to get to the falls attractions. The hotel is very convenient and walkable to Clifton Hills which was nice for going out in the evening. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but extremely busy to the point that many people could not get a seat and they were running out of food. It was clear that the staff had trouble keeping up with the volume of people at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again though!

Excellent hotel, location, breakfast, parking facility, and especially very friendly/polite staff. If we ever end up going back to the Niagara Falls, we will definitely go back to that hotel. The only issue we had was with the room's thermostat, which was not working well and so it kept either constantly blowing cold air or hot air, because it could not read well the current temperature.

I liked the breakfast but the room. was too dark with no fresh air and most rooms did not have tubs The location was very good and the staff friendly

Excellent hotel, location, breakfast, parking facility, and especially very friendly/polite staff. If we ever end up going back to the Niagara Falls, we will definitely go back to that hotel. The room was small and dated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets were coming off all the time. The pool was not working. The pancake machine wasn’t working.
