Fairmont Banff Springs

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was so friendly and there is so much to do onsite. We also walked to town (about 25 min walk), but the Fairmont provides free transportation on the public bus which is a very easy and convenient way to get around. We will certainly be back!! Gorgeous place to stay.

The staff was excellent! ❤️ The room was extremely HOT! Do not get a room on 9th floor! And our room in front of elevators! Traffic noise all night. A full refund would be appreciated! Not pleased there are no rooms that pets are not allowed. Hot tub gave me foot fungus. Old and historic beauty but a been there done that hotel. 😔

The Fairmont Hotel has an upscale ambiance, but the pricing does not reflect the value of the services and amenities. We paid $1,000 per night, yet the hotel does not offer free parking—we had to pay an additional $105 for three nights. On top of that, Wi-Fi isn’t included, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range. The mini-bar was underwhelming, stocked with only some butter and no beverages. The spa services were also overpriced—I paid $339 for a one-hour massage, which can easily be found elsewhere for about one-third of the price. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant was extremely expensive, making it hard to justify dining on-site. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience doesn’t live up to the cost.

Everything is top notch from the valet to the food, restaurants all excellent! Beautiful property, well maintained and excellent service!

Great place

Amazing staff, restaurants and facilities. This is the best location and the best hotel in the area. The concierge service is amazing staying at the hotel, you don’t need to travel agent. They will arrange all your activities and help you develop an itinerary that will exceed your families needs. We have stayed here both in the winter and the summer and would never stay anywhere else! Whatever cost differences may be present between other hotels in the area is made up by the hotel services, facilities and the amazing Concierge team. The values of this hotel is unbeatable.

The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was epic, so much delicious food. The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for chilling. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel's common areas are gorgeous. The room that we got needs a major remodeling. It was VERY expensive for what we got. I do have to say that the service and views were incredible.

The Fairmont’s restaurants are equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of light and hearty meals. We didn’t encounter a single dish that didn’t exceed expectations. After a long day on the slopes, the spa is a must. Relaxing in the heated outdoor pool while surrounded by snowy peaks is an experience you’ll never forget. From thoughtful touches to impeccable service, The Fairmont Banff Springs ensures no request goes unanswered. We’ll undoubtedly be back—there’s simply no comparison.

Amazing! Terrific! Perfect! The hotel is outstanding in every way. Asked to have bellman pick up the bags and when we got downstairs bags had even been packed in car. OMG! What service. First class all the way

Laure at the front desk was so nice! Very welcoming and made us feel at home from her very first words. The Bed was comfortable and it was quiet...we also had an incredible meal at 1888...great stay...

Property was gorgeous. Rooms were clean. Location was great and they give you a buss pass for your stay to go in and out of town. Only complaint was we booked a king bed and got a queen. For how much we paid per night we should have got what we booked. Otherwise it was a great property. Spa was nice. Location was great

First time in Banff and I can’t imagine the experience without the Fairmont!
