This hotel is close to the Trans Canada highway and quite easy to get to. The check-in was easy and quick. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here three times now,. Me and my toddler spend the night here on our way out to Kelowna from Calgary. It’s a nice stopping point. It’s always clean and reasonably priced! Thankful for this stop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. There were some maintenance things that weren't quite right though. The bath tub plug didn't function, the fridge froze all my things (ruined some vegetables that would have turned to mush when they thawed) and there were some rough edges on the bed frame that scratched my leg. All together though, still good value, pleasant staff and clean.

The first room we were put in had no heat. They had a space heater that they wanted us to use which we felt was unacceptable. We were given a 2nd room which had heat but no hot water during the day. Pillows had hair on them. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t even have a shower. Talked to someone at the front desk and said we would be refunded the last night since we didn’t stay but the refund never came. There is nobody available at the front desk you have to call a number and they will answer but never help you out. Pool under renovation so don’t expect to go for a swim when you’re there.

Golden Village Lodge is where our school sports teams stay and they are always very accommodating.
Sound travels fairly easily between rooms, but the restaurant MORE than makes up for it!

Very little hot water in the morning for my shower, cold shower in winter didnt feel good, room didnt heat very well either was a bit frustrating. Everything else was fine.

Room was clean and comfortable, no problem on that front. Only complaint would be the noise from the heater and fridge (think it was the fridge making the other noise!). I had ear plugs but it was a bit loud. Otherwise, overall, it was fine for an $84 hotel.
