The room was lovely, the gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful in trying to direct us to a place where we could order in some food. However we found this part of our stay very disappointing….we were expecting a restaurant (given size of the hotel)as we did not want to go out again after an 11 hr drive in some snowy conditions. I did not notice that there was no restaurant or bar when I booked or would have chosen another spot. We had difficulty in finding a place to order from that would deliver to hotel without having to download uber or Dash apps, we were very tired & hungry after our long drive. It would be helpful to have information in room on where you could order from close by that have a delivery service without having to order thru dash or arrange our own delivery.
For this reason I gave it a 3star rating.

When we were checking in there was no one at the desk and we had to wait for over 1/2 hour and when we went to check out there was no one at the desk again. So we just left our keys at the desk.

Great location if you're in town for an event at the Centrexpo Cogeco next door. The check-in process took over 30 minutes due to only one computer being available, which was understandable, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent about the delay. There was zero flexibility for early check-in or late check-out—not even 45 minutes for a late checkout, which was a first for me. Despite this, I’ll return because it’s conveniently located next to the meeting space, and the hotel is new.

Disappointed in king size bed/hard . Pillows were flat, only 3 for king size bed. Fan in bathroom not working. Shower floor really slippery. Lighting in room dull.
