Wonderful price. Great location to take a walk around the lake. Secure underground parking. Kind receptionist. Large comfortable room with a good table for working on my laptop.

I liked the facility and equipment, but the air conditioner just brought the cigarette smell inside and there was cigarette smell in the corridors. Also, we were not satisfied with the bed and I felt the sheets didn’t replace after previous gusts leaving. Some spiders were around the ceiling and walls in the room!

The front sliding door was broken so you had to pry it open. Luggage cart had flat tires. Poor parking for trucks. Court yard in middle of hotel had probably 20 bags of garbage piled on top of each other. Heat didn’t work in room so we needed a space heater to stay warm. Had to break through cob webs to enter the room the first time. Killed many spiders in the room. Tv did not have a remote to turn it on or off so had to unplug the tv when done watching. Shower head was broke so only hard jet worked so made showering an unpleasant experience. Under bathroom sink was rotted out and moldy. Fridge froze food and caused canned pops to explode in the fridge. Not one chair at the table in the room.

The sliding front door broken had to be pried open. Room damp and moldy. Bathroom rusted and in desperate need of repair. Carpet dirty and stained. Worn duct tape on floor door jams separating rooms.Remote for TV broken. One key card didn’t work. Insufficient plugs with sad remedy of 3 jack plug extender. Room smelled moldy - caused me to have asthma attack. Hallway had peeling wall paper and stained carpet. Can provide pictures.

Broken toilet seat, it was heavy and fell off, broken drawer of bedside table. Very noisy neighbors and kids screeming from early morning, playing soccer in the courtyard which is off of our room and staff didnt do anything about it to give them warning, kids were yelling sooo loud, i have 2 kids myself so i understand, but this situation was terrible.
Phone would not call front desk or room service , only busy signal.
Moldy bathtub.
We stayed for 2 nigths but on both nights when we got back to our room, we noticed a very strong cigarettes smell from neighbor rooms. We had to shot off the fan and heat system although it got cold at nigth but we had no other choice, and the smell was as if someone s oked in our room. Terrible! overall the hotel rooms need a major repair or renovation and poor management of the hotel staff and managers to control and fine other non compliant guests.

Front doors never work properly. Ice machine was broken. Portable heater in room because main heating did not work. Wifi was also not working. We stay here often and it seems the hotel is looking more neglected. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. This used to be a nice place to stay. Now it’s just a place to sleep.

The hotel is in a good place and is next to a good restaurant. But on the website they show a pool and the truth is that it doesn't exist. There is a pool nearby but it was closed. The hotel lacks maintenance. In addition, the power went out and they did not have an energy player, this is a little unsafe in case someone was using the elevator. The heating in the room didn't work either and the fridge didn't really cool down. Overall the reception staff is very friendly and the areas looked clean.

Room was large enough. Bathroom tub seals and tile grout dirty looking, black areas, many dead insects in light fixture. Facecloth had large hole in it. Coffee machine inoperable. TV was only a whisper despite volume all the way up. Many kids running and noisy in the hallways til very late. Otherwise it was good, though the bed and pillows were mediocre. Very light top blankets, cold at night. Guess the price relects what you get.
