We really enjoyed our stay, the service was excellent. The food, both supper and breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is very central so we were able to easily drive to where we wanted to go. Our room also had a great veiw of the city. Will recomend this hotel to everyone we know who may need to stay in Calgary and will definitely stay again.

I have been waiting to hear back from someone at the Hilton hotel but have not had a call. I booked a room so that my husband and i could sleep in and have a relaxing breakfast without our kids in the first time in a while. But the hotel fire alarm had to go off at 6 in the morning. No compensation for anything. Very upsetting.

The price was good which makes sense as the location isn’t great (close to a homeless shelter). The television options were very poor.
The most wild thing about the stay was a bag of popcorn being priced at $25. That’s literally insane and should actually be illegal. It was some fancy popcorn either. My sister in law was hungry and is celiac and the popcorn was one of the only options for her to snack on. Absolutely insane to rip people off when it comes to eating - snack or not.

Hotel is fine, however this is a Horrible neighbourhood, location is very close proximity to a shelter. Don’t feel comfortable walking around due to the street people, and drug users everywhere.

Beds were stained under sheets and bathroom had a really musty smell. When checking in their key card machine was down and there was a 10 person lineup, they never informed anyone about the card machine until you were actually up to he desk. We were escorted and let in to our room. We went for supper and the card were ready when we returned. It would have been less frustrating if there was better communication from Staff.
