Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room I booked was fantastic!!

We had a great stay. We were upgraded to a king bed at checkin (which is what we preferred over 2 doubles), we had a large room and they confirmed we were okay with highway view room. Everything was fantastic, highway was not loud at all.
Elevators were our only concern - they were slow and took multiple trips to fit in. 100% would stay again.

I forgot nd this new hotel to meet my needs to visit parents in the core des neiges area. Would highly recommend.
I had a problem with my coffee machine in my room and this was not solved during my stay.

The hotel was okay, however the traffic was horrible, especially the highway was way too confusing causing me easily to get lost. For example, an 8 minutes drive became 16 minutes to your destination. Also the drivers were driving like a maniac because they would cut in front of your car without signaling and most people there don’t seem very friendly. I don’t plan on coming back to this town due to the constant high and unexpected traffic.
