The hotel was clean and staff were nice but i couldn't get over how terrible the bed and pillows were. Usually hotel beds and pillows are so comfy but this bed was terrible and the pillows felt like they were empty

We like staying here because it is close to the subway and shopping. We have been staying here for over 10 years but the rooms are getting dated and the overall condition needs to be adressed. We have fou d mold in our room under the window and the ventilation unit. I always use a white facecloth to wipe down the rooms and the white facecloth is always very dirty. We might start exploring other hotels.

I told the manager i was staying a 2nd night and paid but was called by staff the next morning while offsite to enquire why I’d left my stuff in the room. So, better communication needed between day snd night staff. Five chicken wings at bar were fries were poor and overpriced. Room was quiet. Nice bed. Clean hotel.

Unfortunately this hotel was not great. I booked specifically for the giant tub, and while there was tons of hot water - there was also tons of black and brown floating stuff of questionable origin so I did not stay in long after I noticed. There was also some kind of wall repair stuff all over the walls in the tub room. Found lots of random hairs stuck to walls and floor. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and the staff friendly but deeply disappointing at the cleanliness. Also super noisy at all hours, kids and adults both running and hollering in the hallways all night long.

Overall the stay was nice! Hotel room was clean. I was just a little disappointed with the pool area in the slide being out of service. Gym was clean as well.

The room was clean. Smelled amazing. The bed was spacious and as white as milk but the room was dry. It needed a humidifier. I woke up multiple times in the night to drink water. The room and floors were freezing almost as if the heat wasn't on. I had to put $200 deposit. Thank God I took a vibeo of the room before and after we left just in case of anything. I dont know why hotels.com took the money off of my visa debit card but the hotel told me they needed a credit card deposit.

Staff was wonderful but there was a lot of condensation on our windows and it leaked all over the floor. Pool slide was broken so the kids were very disappointed. I really liked how kind and helpful the staff were though
