The hotel is in a convenient location to access the SkyTrain and the airport using the shuttle service but the rooms are looking a bit tired and dated but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Great place to stay, quick check in and great parking. We’re on the 18th floor right next to the lift. A whirling noise from the lift was heard every time in went up and down, which was annoying but that was the only negative.

There are four coffee capsules provided, but one of them was already used and wasn’t replaced with a new one. This is not the level of service I would expect from a hotel in this price range. Aside from that, the shuttle bus service is reliable, the bed is comfortable, and the room overall is quiet and cozy.

This property was so, so very accommodating. The morning shift front counter personnel were exceptional in that they were patient, professional and let our party of 12 check in very early. The bar/restaurant staff was very friendly, and they too were very accommodating. All in all a great stay.

Upon arrival at 4pm, room was still not yet ready for us to check in Front desk worker approved us for late check out. Next day comes another front desk worker was rushing us to check out early.
