Tv didn’t work. I called the front desk and told me they had nothing to offer me or someone to fix it. Basically no compensation at all. They also told me that they already know of the issue but just decided to not tell me prior. All I wish is I was informed of this before checking in or a quick email or call just to let us know. I have a laptop and would be more than happy to watch something on there but instead I had nothing. Not to mention who ever picked up the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. As well as getting parking I tried to talk to the guy to open the gate and he was rude as well I guess u could say he was yelling at us to just park. Honestly is probably the same guy other then these experiences my stay was perfectly fine.

Convenient hotel close to restaurants, etc. Room size decent. Parkade was a little archaic, but had ample working (if you weren’t driving a truck). Good service at the reception.

We had a great time here. The suite was spacious and nicely refurbished - location was very convenient to many Vancouver attractions. Responsive service. We were surprised by how warm and comfortable the indoor pool was - it was an interesting half moon shape and up to 3 meters deep, so not quite for laps but perfect for relaxing and kids swim practice.

We arrived early but were able to check in. The service was quick and efficient. We had a problem figuring out the TV. Someone came up quickly to assist. Lovely remodeled room. Very comfy bed. Another chair in the room would have been nice. Also no stir stick in the coffee condiments package.
