The facility was well kept and clean. The breakfast options were excellent and the staff were attentive!! Restaurant was always busy and room service was good!! My kid enjoyed swimming at the pool!!! Great place to stay!!!

Disappointed in when checking in, we were told to locate our IG number, once we do, it can be applied to our stay - to earn points for our stay. When I did provide, I was then told not eligible to earn points.. as we booked through 3rd party. Bottom line, we chose Holiday Inn because we are members- provided wrong information- they could have easily given us points.
The woman in the dining area, bluntly greeted us with, don’t pour coffee in coffee pot station.. and told us we left a mess. Not the nicest way to be greeted in the morning, she could have said it differently, we are far from slobs.
