I will definitely be a regular here. I always stay at IHG hotels, although they did give me a hard time regarding my children losing thier bracelettes from the pool, it all worked out. Hopefully some employees can turn those frowns upside down, besides some of the important employees being kind of mean, the rest of the people were so friendly and kind. Its a great place to stay with my kiddos, they loved it.

Everything was good, only that my room was next to the water park and the smell of chlorine was too strong, also breakfast was not included 😑

It is unfortunate that you pay 300$ for a room for the night and there is nothing special about anniversaries or birthdays. The hotel is outdated and has become more of a family hotel than a business/ leisure hotel.

There was a druggie walking thru parking lot shouting out random words. Didnt feel safe. Thank goodness my husband was with me, we had to wait and walk around back of my car quickly inside.
Beds were very hard, didnt sleep well. Certain parts of room not cleaned well enough. Room was too close to pool area and chlorine smell bothered us.

The Hotel itself was great. The only flaw for me was where the bathroom was located in our hotel room. Very awkward place. However, otherwise great stay!

Kids loved the play area and the pool - and the pool was nice and warm. Staff were very friendly during our stay
Only issue I’ve had is my security deposit not being released on my credit card and when I called staff weren’t able to help - instructed to call back when the guest services manager was on (daytime only)
