My second time staying in this hotel, it was great

We were greeted at the desk by a very polite young lady. She confirmed that I wanted a smoking room (I mistakenly booked one online not realizing that was even possible) I expressed I did not actually want a smoking room. She upgraded us for free and we were very happy to have a clean and not smoke smelling room! Breakfast was great. Easy check out. We will be back.

Staff were amazing! Breakfast was okay, coffee in the lobby was convenient. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable. The pool was amazing but wish they clean the bathroom in the pool area more frequently.

I liked the shopping in the area but my 2 queen suite with s living room and kitchen difnt have a working toilet so all night myself, wife and three children had to go down to the pool bathroom. Not happy sbout that fkr almost $300 a night

Dated room, stained furniture

Wish the rooms were more updated, however, the staff had amazing customer service skills. Regardless of any time of the day (shifts) someone was there, they always smiled and greeted and made you feel welcomed. I had a minor issue, I reported as an FYI, but management took it seriously from the rep reporting it & called me to apologize & offered me something for the mistake. I didn’t want anything, it was an FYI, but I accepted it and truly appreciated them addressing my concern and very timely. I’d definitely book here again.

Good place to stay with family or business. It has a good kitchen and big rooms. Right next to a wallmart and restaurants.

The staff were wonderful!

Didn’t get the room I thought I booked but my confirmation showed I got the right one. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t change. Hotel is a bit dated. All the light fixtures in the hall have broken shade covers and look horrible. But the staff were very friendly and room was very clean so that’s the most important part. Stay includes breakfast so that’s a huge plus!
