Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If we come back to Vancouver, we will definitely look at staying here again.

This is a super cute and stylish boutique hotel. The rooms are small but clean and it is a great value for what you get especially as it is in the prime walking area close to shopping and restaurants. And you can walk down to English Bay easily.

Very satisfied with our stay! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location to everything, very friendly staff and I will totally stay here again. We got to check in early and they gave us a late check out. I also felt comfortable leaving my luggage with staff the last day. Only negative thing is you can hear everything through the walls!

The size of the room was on the smaller side it was hard to fit our suitcases in there and have space even open them. The staff are all so nice and friendly.

I have stayed here many times, everytime I travel to Vancouver. The rooms are clean, reception smells fabulous. Has a good vibe. This time I got an Expedia deal, for a superior room, 185ft L shaped, per Expedia images and description. We definitely did not receive this, we received a, classic 150ft room, as per image and description on Expedia website. The lady at reception insisted it was same size as L shape. They could not move us as no L shape was available. We looked at L shape in person, clearly not the same as room we had. Now I know I got a bargain deal with Expedia, so got put to bottom of list when it came to the room shown by Expedia. Disappointed, as I love this hotel, have stayed her many time over the years. It has left me with a negative impression of hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Very comfortable and a bit funky (in a good way) in terms of decor, like the fridge disguised as an amplifier. Appreciated having ample places to hang towels--many hotels neglect that. Also appreciated having an electric kettle (to make tea). Two complaints--one was our room (two queen beds) had no desk (but I noticed other rooms had them). The other is the scented air freshener--I really don't like that. Staff contacted me twice during a two-night stay to check everything was OK--that was nice.

This hotel has been updated nicely. In a bit of a sketchy area but close to everything and the rooms were nicely done. Restaurant and bar were great. I’ll go back.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They provided us with everything we needed.

I had an issue connecting my device to their wifi but the staff was kind enough to help me try to solve the problem. Even though the problem wasn’t solved I’m satisfied!

Staff were wonderful. Location so convenient. Beds big and comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel and room itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The connecting bar/restaurant was very classy and beautiful, they gave us a complimentary beer/glass of wine for our stay. Service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful, there was always someone at the door to great us. Location wise it could not have been more perfect. We were basically in the middle of downtown Vancouver, 20 minute walk in all directions. I have seen some people criticizing the location stating it is sketchy or feels unsafe, but if you’re used to the city and understand you’ll see a few homeless people here and there, it’ll have no impact on your stay. We felt completely safe and the hotel is on a very popular/busy street and area. We did not have a mini fridge which did not bother us but is something to keep in mind if you are looking for one. Would definitely stay here again!
