Comfortable stay on Sherbrooke near McGill and easy walk to most parts of downtown. Very nice bed; shower and bath a little tired; but room was a good size and clean.

The room we stayed in 3103 was dated and the soundproofing wasn't great (i think it's right next to utility room or elevator bank). Location is very good and staff is good, but still very expensive given state of room and hallway (poorly lit).

After being told I can do my security deposit through debit multiple times they refused to do it when I got there saying that they would never say that. I would have been homeless that night if I didn’t have family an hour away. They called me in the morning to say I was right and that I was told that I could use debit. They gave me a refund and upgrades but the hotel food not that great so the food voucher was a miss and the restaurant Universal treated us like garbage sat us down for an hour no water or server but we’re serving everyone around us.
