Great hotel with friendly staff and exceptional service. Hotel pool is outdoors so if you’re visiting in the winter you won’t be able to use it.

The staff were wonderful, from front desk (and their adorable mascot!) to the restaurant and bar staff. They were professional and friendly to our group of American tourists. Rooms were clean and comfy with excellent views of downtown and Mont Royal Park.

Hotel seemed nice from the pictures, but room was dated and stale smelling. Elevator button on my floor was broken so I had to try to use other elevators. Hot tub was broken and there was no indication when it would be operational again. Hotel was very dark and not inviting.

Our stay at the Omni was good overall. The first morning there was a major leak in our room from an issue with the radiator but the staff put us in another room immediately. The hotel is a little dated but comfortable. The price was reasonable due to it being the off season. Not sure I would stay at high season prices. Location is great for exploring Montreal.

Special thanks to Michael in the restaurant, the doormen who were extremely helpful with taxis and the concierge who not only provided valuable sightseeing advice but was able to confirm a dinner reservation that I was unable to. Garage was under repair so you had to leave by 9:30 or wait til after 3. Which is absolutely ridiculous. For the price of the room there are better hotels.

When we arrived the parking door was broken so we were told to park somewhere else and it took some time to figure it out and get to the hotel with luggage. The room is clean but small. The king bed is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The bathroom has no fan. Overall, a good stay but we were looking for luxurious and romantic.

The shower in the room was awful. I called to have it addressed but no change. It was so powerful and sprayed everywhere it actually hurt to stand front facing it. You had to quickly shower to avoid pain

Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the hotel was providing a hot chocolate bar for guests and because some kids were playing around with whipped cream the hotel removed it . My daughter was very disappointed as they never put it out again.
The room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. The thermostat was not working well.
