Lovely stay with friends and easily located close to amenities and attractions

Quiet, clean, not much happening this time of year. Very close to 1000 Islands. Great price. Not much in terms of breakfast.

Clean basic hotel. Three bed room was large and spacious.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made me a grab and go breakfast for me everyday as the breakfast didn't open till 7am and I left for work at 6am

We stayed at this hotel (one night) on our way to Toronto (from Montreal). Quite convenient stop, room was clean, bed comfortable enough. The staff was quite friendly too.

Breakfast too frugal.

I called them before reserving, asking for late check out (5pm because I had work). The person who answered said it was fine. I proceeded to book through Expedia and left a “special instruction”. When I arrived, the reception said late check out was only possible until 12pm and made it seem like she was doing us a favour. When we got into the room, the temperature was set very high (in the 30s) and the room had a weird smell. We left the door open to let the room cool down. Next day, we checked out at 12 and a different reception person said “12 is too late”. I told him the other reception person said 12 was fine and he asked me “who?” How am I supposed to know who works your shifts. Overall an unpleasant experience. The only nice thing was the cleaner who knocked on our door and smiled with joy at seeing my dog.

Met our needs. Place to sleep before we crossed the US border. Simple, clean, comfortable and courteous.

It’s close to highway, gas station, and fast food restaurants. Nice clean room for the price.

The room offered exactly what I wanted - a comfortable bed, a drenching shower, access to services, and friendly staff.

Rooms are small. Bedding needs improvement. Matrreses should be replaced. Room temperature was 58f at check in

room is clean. but the noise isolation of the wall is very bad, the room next to me play music all nights til 4am, I have called front desk to complain at 2am, but nothing helped.

Everything was great with the only exception being the breakfast. It was packaged muffins, granola bars, juice boxes and yogurt cups.
