I picked this hotel because it had a restaurant on site the
food there was excellent, and the breakfast was really good too. Staff were very friendly and the room was great, would definitely stay there again

Great to stay here again, love the mindful touches, like the refillable soap and shampoo, as well as the fully biodegradable coffee pods.
Big fan of the water pressure in the shower always nice.

Allowed us to check in a bit early which was nice
Room was okay. Lamp didn’t work and there was no ceiling light in the main part of the room.key cards didn’t work most of the time.
Was told on check in there would be a hot breakfast the next morning. Arrived to the lobby to find 3 yogurts, 4 tiny croissants and a few pieces of fruit. Needless to say a bit disappointed as there wasn’t even enough food to feed our party. Was hoping for at least some cereal for the kids. The front desk staff were nice and we felt bad as they said they were only left with whatever was there. Apparently the kitchen staff all went home sick. We ended up ordering food and they did give us a discount on the room after which did rectify the situation but still inconvenient as we could have planned differently.

While the heating controls for the room didn't seem to work, the stay was otherwise pleasant. We appreciated the gift for our cat staying with us. The room was clean, comfortable, check-in was smooth.

No parking near entrance ways, had to park on opposite side of hotel, had to carry bags through parking lot, down long hallways, upstairs and long wait for elevators

Front desk staff very friendly. Carpet in room 330 was dirty and ripped in places, bathroom fan had dirt hanging out of it, stains inside of tub. Room is very outdated and needs to be remodeled.
Had to wait for staff to show up to serve breakfast. My husband went down for 6:10am and had to wait 10 mins before someone showed up, I had went down at 8:00am, had to wait for staff again.

Updates were being done, which is great! Staff were exceptional for our 3 day stay. We ended up having to stay an extra night and they allowed us to keep the same room as we have a 1 year old. Thanks for a great stay
