Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was cold though. Nice if the water was warm.

Our first room smelled strongly of air freshener, enough to be a problem for asthma. The front desk was very courteous and switched us to a comparable room. Cleanliness was better than average. The parking lot should have had some salt applied as it was an ice rink, but sidewalks were maintained well and were clear of snow and ice. Overall it was a great stay.

I only stay one night, I cannot comment much, the room was nice. staff was helpful and friendly, ample parking, and complementary breakfast was nice.

The temperature in my room and the entire 2nd floor was too hot.
The in-room HVAC unit could not be shut off.
