I've stayed in three different hotels in Ketchikan and this is by far the best. Very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. They are finishing up redoing all the rooms. Our room was perfect except for a small flaw on the wall from a previous guest.

The rooms were nice and the on site laundry was a plus(especially if you plan of fishing) the coffee in the lobby was actually good and the store within walking distance was awesome bonus!

Minibar should be there, toilet is dirty and water should provided a bottle by the hotel as well, no breakfast in the hotel no transportation to the hotel. It was difficult to get a taxi aswell. I will not recommend to my friends to go there. And its expensive aswell compared to the area. I will not go back there.

Shower didn’t work. We asked front desk if we could change rooms or have someone fix the shower and showed the front desk video of the shower. She said they didn’t have another room which we found out the next morning was not true. We were told we would be contacted by a manager and have never heard a thing from management. During high season lodging is scarce. This place didn’t seem to care if you come back or not. We won’t be back.

Check-in was quick, once the front desk person came out of the office … there was a sign stating they would be back soon, so, we did not worry, until another staff person arrived and told the person in the office that there were people waiting … we apologized more than they did. Room was fine, looked clean, until daw a clump of hair and dust bunny under the kitchenette counter and hair on the toilet and in the tub. Recliner chair was a nice to have. However, clearly used, and had to pull to middle if room so did not hit the walls. Kitchenette was nice, however, no cookware, plates, cups/glasses, or utensils. Bed was ok, however pillows were like 1 step below a rock.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to store our bags since we were pretty early for check-in. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Great experience for our family. Everyone was very friendly.

Several outlets and lights did not work. We had a handicap accessible room. The shower head maximum height was about 4 ft. Non handicapped person had difficulty taking a shower. Three of four washing machines out of order.

My stay was unexpected because of a flight layover. Booked last minute and very late at night. Very nice and helpful young man got our room quickly. The next morning he comped a taxi ride to the airport, knowing we didn't have a car. That was nice customer service.

The lobby was under renovation and there is no breakfast available except for store bought items. The location is a taxi ride to the airport- note it’s included and free but ferry ride is not. The first floor as well as some rooms are having some work done so it might have limited my choice of room. Otherwise staff was very very friendly ! And very very helpful.. It made up for the inconvenience of the renovation and dustiness in the first floor. The rooms were roomy and clean and had a little kitchen. Location not anywhere near anything except the diner of the landing hotel

I had to stay the night so I could get to Annette island on Monday. The only thing they could improve on is having a free breakfast. The room was great. Clean, dry, and warm. And the staff was /is more than accommodating. The let me check in early as my flight got in around 11 am. Good value for my money

Took 15 minutes to get hot water every day to take a shower. Need to replace beds/frames. For a extended stay maybe actually have cooking supplies. Like Aspens do in South East Alaska
