Niagara Grandview Boutique hotel

This is an incredible bed-and-breakfast that I’ve always wanted to stay in, but it’s super expensive in high season. We got a great deal to go in January and we loved this place. The service was amazing. The home cooked breakfast in the morning was fabulous and there were just so many other little things that made it such a special weekend. I highly recommend visiting.

Great place to stay with great view, but I wish they can put coffee machines in rooms and breakfast could have a few more options, like for example, yogurt with granola, salmon, or something like that. Also, because they do not serve lunch and dinner, rooms should have small refrigerators to store snack and food. Only for those reasons I am giving 4 starts.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had character and atmosphere. Breakfast was incredible and parking was convenient. We couldn't be happier with our stay. We wanted a quiet, relaxing weekend and that is exactly what we received. We would certainly return.

Had an amazing experience

This was probably the BEST bed and breakfast we stayed at. The breakfast was really good, the front desk (Jan) was very accommodating. We will definitely go back!

Inn was quaint. Room was great. Service was amazing. My only complaint was that the hallway outside room 201 was ridiculously loud starting at 7 am. It is across from the elevator. So constant dinging of elevator bells, chatter, and doors slamming as other guests were going to breakfast. I’d go again in a heartbeat. But won’t stay in that room!! Highly recommend some soundproofing on that door!!!

This was a truly amazing place. We couldnt believe our luck prepared frest breakfast with fresh daily pantries was pleasant surprise.

Wonderful, booked the next visit already

This boutique hotel was so incredible i didnt want to leave. Amazing layout and decor, amazing service and such a delicious breakfast included. This getaway scored my some nice brownie points from the wife!

One of the most unique and enjoyable stays my wife and i have ever shared. The room was an amazing collection of antique furniture and the bed was truly unbelievable. Views are beautiful at night and during the day a great view of the Niagara Gorge. Its close to everything in the Falls and minutes from restaurants and Clifton Hill. Breakfast was a surprise, quality everything and coffee, lots of coffee. All our hostesses were terrific, very friendly and thoughtful. Yes we are coming back, and we are bringing our family and friends with us. Highly recommend! Mike and Sue

The property is well kept and clean. We love the history of the property. Food is great.

We're locals who were getting away for a night of peaceful relaxation before returning to real life from the holiday break. That said, we've been to the chain hotels before that are closer to attractions but I'll likely choose this hotel or a similar one before going back to those others. For the price - you can't beat the service, hospitality, amazing personal chef prepared food, friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and free parking to boot! Conveniently located with great Niagara River views, walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill, and just resonates with historical charm. Don't sleep on this option .. sleep AT this option. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it all before reality set back in.

Love the stay

Could walk to downtown, the Falls, or virtually anywhere else a tourist would want to see, in an hour (I didn't have a car.) When I arrived Christmas Eve, I received a very kind welcome, was shown to my room, offered a bite to eat and a place to sit while it was confirmed the room was ready. The lady on the front desk was awesome, as she was again on Boxing Day. There was seasonal music playing and a friendly ambience. However, Christmas Day, there was no music playing and the staff seemed decidedly subdued - I can't say I blame them (who wants to work on a stat holiday) - and yet I'd hoped, celebrating Christmas on my own, without family or friends, it may have been a bit different - a bit more joyous. Otherwise, I loved the hotel. Beware, there will be some noise from other rooms and other floors. To be expected, I guess. Next time I'd ask for a top floor room, if possible, to avoid the heavy footsteps of those above. The breakfasts both days - continental on Christmas; cooked (quiche), Boxing Day - were excellent. No complaints. Lots of interesting prints and artwork on the walls and books in the sitting room.

I had an amazing one-night stay at this place! The hospitality was incredible, with a wide variety of treats available throughout the day—pastries, corn, coffee, all sorts of tea, milk, cream, and fresh fruits—all complimentary and self-serve. It’s such a thoughtful touch, and it made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was served at a convenient hour, which was perfect for our schedule. The location was great, with parking right next to our place, making it super easy and hassle-free. The air conditioning was fantastic, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the bathroom was spotless and with all kinds of towels. If I had to mention one minor downside, it’s that the TV didn’t offer popular streaming options like Netflix or Prime, which would have been nice for some indoor relaxation. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful details!

Excellent location and very easy to get too. Rooms a very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and danishes were delicious and cooked fresh to order each morning. They do have one of the slowest elevator in the world! We would definitely recommend this place. Great time!
