Someone out there suggested 2 new Prince George teams because of this place being newly renovated to accommodate for safe use. The Moccasin Flats Squatters & Fentanyl Ferrets It's right downtown, close to the hospital and walk-in clinic, as well as shopping but no grocery stores. There are lots of corner stores and gas stations instead. Stay safe.

I have stayed here for a couple months before moving to my new place. Front desk staff is extremely on top of everything, great customer service. They insure building upkeep at all times and maintain the security of the building. If any complaints, they deal with it right away. They have taken most of the low barrier housing people out of the motel; it is not like it used to be back in the day and have really turned this place around. Staff has always made me feel secure. Even the maintenance guy was very kind and helped me with my vehicle.

Absolutely love this hotel. I was travelling from up North to Vancouver for medical treatment and had a layover in PG both ways.I had multiple issues and complications arise and the staff were very accommodating in helping me out during a jam. The beds were comfy, room was well stocked, and the renovated rooms look amazing. I would recommend this affordable hotel to travellers.

Expedia had a double queen non-smoking room listed for $99/night so we went for it. When we checked out it jumped to $225 with taxes. These are $69 rooms. And they look it. The poor host had to reset the point of sale and we waited 20 minutes to check into our room - which turned out to be a king smoking room. We have allergies and kids so we requested what we paid for. They told us they sold out of everything else, but took a two double bed room from another unsuspecting reservation to give to us. They are doing work to improve it and take care of many regular customers, but we will never stay there again after being price-gouged and lied to and taken advantage of over thoroughly worn and damaged rooms.

The property was really run down and in bad shape. Also, it was odd having to pay a damage deposit for a hotel room but I imagine they probably get a lot of sketchy guests. Outside my room on the pavement there was vomit that had been basking in the sun for god knows how long - it smelled nauseating, pun intended. Also, the driveway was kind of a mess i.e. broken down fence on the ground??, gravel everywhere, etc.. At check in I confirmed with reception that my room would have all the amenities listed in the description (i.e. fridge, microwave, wifi, etc.) My first room did not have a refrigerator and the door kept beeping unless it was closed in a very specific manner that the maintenance guy had to do for me because I could not figure it out based on the vague instructions given to me by the receptionist. Because I was missing a fridge, the reception kindly allowed me to switch rooms with no fuss so that was appreciated. I didn't really have an issue with the staff (although when I first checked in, the man at the desk was very short with me and kind of cold. After all the issues with my room, he became a lot more accommodating and apologetic, however this isn't really a big deal, just an observation), it was more so the cleanliness and the quality of everything. Thankfully nothing bad happened at all, but I also felt somewhat unsafe travelling solo as a woman.
