The hotel was under renovations so not all areas were accessible. Otherwise I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. The included full breakfast was amazing and was available til 10am catering to travelers like myself who needed that extra sleep in. Heated underground parking was fantastic. All in all a great experience. Will definitely use the Prime again on my next visit to Fort McMurray.

Overall, the property is very nice. I had an issue with this visit (been about 6 the past two years) that in the bathroom there were multiple fixtures that were loose and falling.
Seriously, give the cleaning staff a multi head screw driver and theyd all be fixed.

Property has underground parking. This was great as for the area of town is a little rough. The breakfast was good but they don't allow any take away. My shift started very early and a sit down breakfast was difficult to manage. Mostly wolf down and go. Understandably it has probably been abused in the past.... Then don't advertise provided breakfast!!!

The is very little parking at the hotel. There is underground parking which is great but when you check in there is no where to park.
The breakfast is a very nice addition but was luck warm every day and there was only one green tea tea bag my whole stay. I drink tea, not coffee and they had absolutely nothing for me. I was not impressed. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the hall carpets are filthy and worn out. For the price, it's worth it but it could use improvement.

We had a hard time finding the hotel as there is no signage outside. The room is big but not that clean, The carpet is dirty.

Decent hotel, but hard to find as there are no signs out front. Underground parking is nice, especially in the cold. Breakfast was great. Hotel had no water during one of our days there and I wish the hotel had called to tell their guests instead of informing me the day of (inconvenient for us as we were working nights and would like to have showered during the day). Difficult to speak to staff as many say they do not speak English. Overall a decent and clean place for the price.

We love staying at Prime. The beds, pillows, comforter are very comfortable. Clean. The breakfast is great (from my husband as I don't eat breakfast). coffee could be a bit better .
This stay was terrible. Booked and paid extra for a room with a bathtub. Wish I could of enjoyed it. No hot water, went to call about the hot water, phone doesn't work. Jumped into bed to warm up, turned the tv on, remote doesn't work.
In the morning washed my hair with cold water, still no hot water. Go to dry my hair, hair dryer doesn't work. Was in town for a trade show. Went to work cold and wet hair
Moved rooms the next night. Still NO HOT WATER.
Staff is very nice. especially the security guard. goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of.

The room was clean, had chipped glassware and no replacement available when requested. Their swipe card system was unreliable. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. They couldn’t swipe my credit card and told me it was declined. Had to call and make sure I wasn’t skimmed. They keyed it in incorrectly 3 times and flagged a fraud alert. Won’t stay there again!

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that there is underground parking. Will book at this hotel again.
