Pros: area is super quiet at night because it's like an industrial/business area; parking is right outside and felt like there were more spaces than guests so it was easy to park; room was nice and breakfast was delicious!
Cons: bathroom was not very clean, there were visible spots of dirt and some hair on the floor.

Broken elevator, broken shower, bathroom needs new caulking around bathtub, it’s almost black from dirt.
However, front desk clerk was very helpful, because elevator was not working and my daughter cannot use stairs he immediately searched for a room on main floor.

This may be the only hotel in Hawkesbury. It needs to be remodeled badly. The wood trim, the floors. The mattress' are all worn out. I dont know if the owners dont have the money or just are not putting it back into the hotel. Its too bad because the staff were all great.

Utterly disappointed with my visit at this hotel. The amenities are run down. All of the staff were very noticeably sick. The continental breakfast was extremely lacklustre. The “heated” pool was not heated at all. Overall will never go back to this location. They receive 2 stars instead of 1 because the reception was overall very nice, it’s just unfortunate that the hotel itself is a decrepid.

Hotel was excellent and staff was amazing. As our last stay on our vacation, this hotel had the best pool facility of them all. Pool, hot tub and steam sauna and the pool room had floor to curling windows on two sides so it felt relaxing unlike others where you felt you were in a dungeon. A must stay. You won’t be disappointed.
