Lots of parking. Snow removal daily. Lobby is clean and nicely appointed. Corridors were clean and vacuumed. Desk staff were all welcoming and friendly. The room was great. Spotless. Smelled fresh. Lots of towels. Newer bathroom with loud of fluffy towels. Shower had excellent quality shampoo and conditioner bottle Dispenser. Beds were extremely comfortable. No stains on sheets. Plenty of good quality pillows with a warm duvet. Newer TV that actually works. Larger than average hotel fridge. Lights had USB connections for devices. Finally, the coffee system was the best I've seen. The water tank is huge so you don't need to keep filling it. It comes with a choice of teas, decaf coffee and both Columbian and dark roast Sumatra. When we ran out, they were generous with extras. The coffee was as good as Starbucks. We travel ALOT. this hotel stands out for quality and value.

This was the best experience when traveling with a pet. We literally backed up our vehicle to the sliding door of the room. The grounds were kept clean of garbage and dog droppings. The hallways were clean and well kept. The free breakfast was delicious. Warm food was available (eggs, sausage, waffles) as well as baked goods! Most important for us with breakfast was the coffee was very good! We will definitely be staying here again and we travel often for medical appointments in Barrie!

The mattress was old rock hard and there was a spring sticking out the side. Kids running up and down hallway sounded like elephants. Staff was very good about dealing with it but it kept happening.

When I booked it on Expedia it was advertised as a Comfort Inn which I relied on their reputation. Quality Inn is not a standard of accommodation that I would choose. I was disappointed.

The check-in was nice, and although we received no communication back regarding our ground floor request. We did get a ground floor and could back our car to the room. We were sadly placed right across from the door to the breakfast area, and after 6:00 am, there was no sleeping, plus at night, it sounded like groups spent time in that area. We always think that perhaps we get the worst room since we booked with Expedia. The room was nice. Had all the amenities, but the fridge was loud and kept us up at night. The bed had hard sides and not that comfortable. The sofa bed was nice, but very tight in the room. They served a supposed hot breakfast, but the eggs and sausage/ham were not very hot. The hot steamer must have been set too low. It was okay all the same. The Hotel needs to decide whether it is a Comfort Inn or a Quality Inn.
