Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel around midnight. We were told there was no room available!!! Excuse me, I already paid in full in advance! Imagining at 1am we have to take a taxi to go to another hotel, and I have to pay the taxi fee. It was a terrible experience. Be aware when you book this hotel, you may not have your room.

Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Any requests we made for luggage racks or extra towels were promptly satisfied. Rooms are spacious and bathroom counter space more than adequate. Hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and within walking distance of most tourist attractions and tour bus pickup sites.
