The electricity went out in the middle of the night in the bedroom only. My CPAP device of course stopped working. Fix came when Handyman came to fix the bath room sink. The fuse had gone off, for the bedroom outlets. Bath room sink did not have enough water flow to clean a tooth brush.

Modern, clean, good location and well priced. Room decor was stark and grey, could use more colour and personality. Also there were no female staff at the front desk on either day; had a sort of ‘finance bro’ vibe. Bed advertised as a queen but seemed smaller than standard queen size - however it was comfortable.

It was an amazing experience. Stayed for two nights and will definitely be there when I am in Ottawa. Friendly staff, clean suite, everything is available, hot water and warm rooms. I was there December 30 to Jan 1 and planning for spring break to be there
