Hallways are not in great shape and a strong smell of stale beer but it was isolated thank goodness. Rooms clean. Check in very quick and wonderful front desk staff

The room was not as shown in the photos, I was under the assumption that there was a bathtub and not just a shower-I like to soak in the tub before bed as I have a bad back and the pictures showed a bathtub.
There was pink mold in the shower and there were some dark hairs on the shower walls-I’m blonde so they definitely weren’t mine. The carpet was crunchy-glad I brought my slippers because I’m not sure how clean it was.
Bed was comfortable.
My guess is the water park is the reason most people stay here.

Both rooms we rented had cockroaches. My daughter woke up to one crawling beside her on the bed. The other room we rented there was one on the floor. We put a cup over it and called the front desk. He came to our room took a pic of it and killed it, apologized and then left. And we found a dead one on the floor beside the corner lamp.We also had to throw out all of snacks and food we opened the night before because who knows if the roaches had gotten into them.
The rooms are in the process of being renovated, so theyre definitely working on how outdated the building is, so thats nice. The staff working were friendly and knowledgeable, the waterslides and pool were a lot of fun as well. The stay would have been great had there been no cockroaches.

Absolutely loved the staff and entrance and cleanliness. Absolutely loves the warmth of pool and hot tub. Room was clean and staff went above and beyond. Just need some upgrades which i seen they were working on, but also new paint for pool and hot tub and water silde would be a huge facelift.

Hotel was aesthetically pleasing. Rooms were average I had a reaction to detergent used on sheets but that’s probably more of a me thing. (Super stuffed up, pillow cases felt starchy) The food in the restaurant and the service was fantastic. The chemical chlorine smell in the pool area was sooooo strong, but it looked nice and welcoming.

The hotel is very dated, but at the turn of the 2024/2025 year, they are doing major interior renovations on the rooms, replacing the very old and gross carpets with laminate flooring, replacing fixtures, etc.
The paint is peeling in the pool area, but the pool staff are always doing their best to keep it clean, and to keep the pool towels stocked
They use a bit too much chlorine, and in doing so create a chlorine gas effect that can bother your eyes and respiratory system (especially in kids and people with asthma and allergies). When your room attaches to the pool area, you do not have an outside window to let out the gas that flows into your room when the door is open. My 4 year old nephew cried for an hour until we gave him eyedrops from a pharmacy.
My daughter also found a baby German cockroach in the bathroom at night.
The staff do their best, and it seems as though the owners are beginning to invest in improvements.
