The pool/hot tub was only open until 10pm which is a bit early .

First off, the Sheraton staff was excellent. Every person we encountered, from concierge to cleaning, was friendly and helpful. The site, itself, was clean and respectable. However, the hotel, itself, is NOT located in Vancouver and its specs are a little misleading. It is actually located in Richmond, more than an hour away from the center of Vancouver. This fact seems to be overlooked, in both the hotel's written descriptions and with Expedia staff I spoke when booking my stay. Although a good hotel, it is nonetheless in the middle of nowhere. Besides the single restaurant on the property, everything else was a bit of a hike. I felt safe in the neighborhood, but it is a neighborhood not unlike my own, with residential houses in every direction and small strip malls catering to the needs of those who live there. It's a solid hotel for business travelers, airline crews and such (as evident in the number of pilots and flight attendants coming in and out), but not for vacationers on holiday. This forced us to move from the Richmond site to the Sheraton in actual downtown Vancouver. Although the experience worked out for the best, I hope I am not charged for both hotels during our stay. Everything was great. Quiet. Smooth check in and out. Not busy. Great location. Starbucks coffee! Beds were exceptional.

The airport shuttle was a big plus. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The property was excellent

There was a staff strike when we were there. Our stay was not pleasant as the dining room, Starbucks, and the pool were closed. It was noisy at times as the strikers were making lots of noises with their shouting and drumming. We had to ask the front desk for anything that we need for our room, however, they were helpful. Overall, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

We were suppose to be at the Sheraton but due to the labor dispute they had arranged for us to stay at the Marriott which was located across the parking lot. It was very loud outside with noisemakers and music from the people on strike which ruined our stay. I did not like our hotel room- their was no privacy with the bathroom located in the middle of the suite and no locks on the sliding doors to bathroom. Will not be staying at either hotel again

We had to change hotels to the Hilton and there was no shuttle service so we had to pay, and as group of 11 it was quite expensive. Since it took so long to get the service, we arrived to the hotel later than expected and we were quite famished. Asked if there was anyway to get some food or drink, and the answer was a stern no. I am aware that there was a strike going on at the time, but come on. You need to do better.

This hotel is close to shopping and the transportation links into the downtown area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was having a few labour disputes during our visit but the staff and management when above and beyond to ensure it had minimal effect on our stay.

Overnight stay next to the airport. Hotels have shuttle service so very convenient for following day back to airport. I house Starbucks or restaurant available. Comfy beds. All I needed

Walking distance to the Olympic oval and to the mall.

So convenient and nice staff!

Clean room. Comfortable. Close to SkyTrain and amenities.
