I was alone and the place felt very safe, with affordable parking close by, great staff, and a lovely room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet too!

We had a wonderful stay at The Annex. It was for one night as we were in town for a show. Check in was a breeze due to the kind and efficient staff. Our room was amazing! We listened to some great records while getting ready to go out. Also enjoyed a drink in the cozy lobby/bar area after dinner.
We'll be back. Thank you to everyone who made this stay so wonderful!

Nice people and good location, clean.
But very noisy room, the inroom furnace makes a lot of noise and outside by the window/wall is noisy equipment, I assume kitchen exhaust, which was only turned off 1.30am.

liked: bedding, w/c shower set up, inclusive vibe
not so much: re: accessibility - no lift = steps, low toilet, no shower bench, no assist bars, platform bed in tightly confined space combined to made our room difficult for me to navigate due to my disability. Also must be very demanding for staff to change bedding.
Nonetheless, we managed.
Suggest w/c assist bars and a lift would be eligible for accessibililt grant funding $ support.
