We stayed here rather than in Jasper. It was a really nice visit and we really enjoyed being at the hotel. All three of us work in a 4-star hotel I. Canmore, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Crestwood and felt our expectations were exceeded. We felt safe and knew that the room was clean. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the cleaning team. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Easy access to restaurants. Hotel overall is just ok, nothing fancy. But our stay was not the best, as one of the bed was itchy and looks like it wasn’t changed.

As said in other reviews, the outside of this place does is not relative to the inside. The outside is clean and kempt but quite dated. Rooms and washrooms were very nice, updated and clean. The fitness room is very spacious and clean.
The staff were very nice, efficient and responsive. My only blip was the advertised breakfast. They could do much better there… but overall, the price was right.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. One night there and we were able to catch up on a much needed sleep! Easy walk to Tim’s and other places to eat.
