Excellent staff from being greeted by Caleb upon arriving to welcoming by Neha and Oksana upon checking in and seeing to my requests during my stay. Any issue Neha and Oksana quickly had then resolved.

Very poor service in the lobby restaurant and bar. Sat for 20 mins unserved until we moved to the bar. Staff in the bar area was rude and not working very hard.

Exceptional vacation! We truly felt pampered by the staff—the Gold Lounge was such a peaceful oasis. The breakfast, and the evening canapés were delicious. For sure the highlight was the staff: attentive & friendly! If we need a weekend retreat, we will do this again.

Very nice Hotel, the Gold staff really helped me get situated.
The hotel has to figure something else out with the tour buses. I know that's a lot of rooms filled, but that situation where they allow the buses to monopolize the valet area for long stretches so other guests cannot arrive is totally unacceptable.
