Great value for the money. The service staff were very helpful and polite. Everything was very clean. The sheets were nice. The bed was a little firm for me, but I think a lot of people would like it. I went for a business trip and stayed two nights. I would use this hotel again. It feels upscale, even though it has basic amenities. How's everything you need for a basic business trip?

Lovely property and room, nicely located, reasonable price. Breakfast is just so so, not sure it was worth spending extra to include it. Breakfast service in the restaurant was terribly slow.

Very nice people at the hotel. Morning breakfast service was very slow at times. The room had broken curtains, not a lot of shower pressure. The gym had no disinfectant or towels or even a full bottle of water. No dumbbells no nothing. They need to really work on this.

The Parker Hotel is commendable! The stay and the staff were amazing. I would like to commend the 2 male receptionists who I forgot to ask for the names. We were allowed to check in early and even got an upgrade for our room. The staff was accommodating and polite to our queries. Check this hotel out!

We love this hotel and the staff. Amazing customer service. They were so accommodating and understanding when my partner thought he forgot his iPad there. The location is great, lots of places around to eat. Secure parking is peace of mind for us. We will be back.

It was unclear whether the valet parking was included or not with the room. One worker told us that it was included 2 separate times, and then after we said yes to it and they took my car, we were told it was not included by the front desk worker.
