We recently spent 3 nights at the Marriott City Centre in Toronto for a family holiday (Jan 3rd-6th) and had a fantastic experience. We booked a Family Suite, which was perfect for our group of 6. Having two TVs and a separate sleeping area for the adults was key! The location couldn't be beat – we were within walking distance of the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, shopping, and even caught a Raptors game at Scotiabank Arena! What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Housekeeping was the best I've ever encountered, especially when traveling with four kids! They went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable. Guest services were always helpful and efficient, and room service was prompt and friendly. One small surprise was the lack of a microwave in the Family Suite. However, when my daughter inquired about heating up her mac and cheese, the staff went above and beyond! They not only provided a microwave but personally escorted her back to our room with it. Talk about incredible service! The only minor issue was the shower head in our bathroom. While the bathroom itself was beautifully designed, the rain shower head had low water pressure, making it a bit tricky to rinse my hair. It could have just been an off day, though. Overall, we highly recommend the Marriott City Centre for families visiting Toronto. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city's top attractions, and the service is truly top-notch. We'll definitely be back!

It was disappointing to read on your website that 2 parking options were available and to arrive with only $50 valet parking as an option... did not expect the addition charge or the lack of opportunity to make a choice.

Wonderful stay. Unique to many other hotels, as it’s attached to the Jays’ home field at Rogers. We had the pool to ourselves which was nice! The restaurant on site had great food. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Only downside is price, it’s quite expensive for one night, plus having to pay additional for parking - which is first come, first serve.

The staff found out I was celebrating a special birthday. When I returned from the day out I found a slice of cake with Happy Birthday written beautifully on the plate and a card. Such a wonderful touch in customer service.

It was what was expected for staying at a higher end Marriott property. Facilities were up to date, clean, and service was great. If my family and I had any complaint it was the noise from outside traffic. Our room was located in the lowest and outer most corner of the property right by train tracks and the CN Tower entrance and a walking bridge, so as you can imagine it was louder than we would’ve preferred. But the trade off for us was that our room was a huge suite, so we appreciated the extra space and did not request to move. I would also recommend that they invest for a pull up station or stretching station for the fitness room. They have plenty of space to accommodate it and it would be very useful to most. Overall, it was a really good stay.
