Great hotel close to Old Quebec, affordable option with great cleaning staffing! We spent 3 nights and they came every day to make our beds and clean the room! Would definitely use it again.

i did not like how pool area was closed. i would have liked a better area to do laundry. 1 washer and dryer with no place to buy detergent is not enough for a property this size. the staff on the other hand were very polite and helpful.

Didn't appreciate that there was no pool available during the Christmas Holidays - very disappointing.
NOISY - we were able to hear the people next door as if they were in our room. It was probably due to the communicating doors that are well insulated. Also, it should have a lock that can only be opened by housekeeping.

Chambre sales avec vielles mouches dans toiles araignées dans les coins de murs. Gros cheveux qui nous appartiennent pas au sol. Vieux, rideaux et tissus sales. Bruyant on entend l’autoroute et effectue le sommeil.
Toilette qui se rempli en continue et qui fait du bruit. Portes qui sont un jour d’un pouce donc le bruit entre dans la chambre par le corridor et les chambres communicantes. On sent tous les ressorts du matelas. Lits d’appoint chargé 20$ complètement affaissée. Le positif est que la chambre 1207 avait du plancher flottant et était grande. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Nous ne sommes pas satisfait car bris avec la douche, problème avec ventilation, chambre très froide et aucun technicien venu pour valider ou réparer.
Nous avons demandé un endroit calme et avons eu un endroit très bruyant. Mentionnez à la réception et aucun rabais pour dédommagement sur notre facture.
Très décevant comme expérience à votre hôtel. Nous aurions espéré un geste commercial de votre part mais rien...

L'employée a l'arrivée était très désagréable. Elle était tres bête, aucun sourire, semblant avoir de la difficulté, elle aurait dû demander de l'aide a son collègue au lieu de nous faire attendre aussi longtemps.
Les autres employés étaient très gentil, mais elle , ne devrait vraiment pas travailler au service à la clientèle.
