Travelodge by Wyndham London Ontario

This the most disgusting dirty place I have ever seen . Should not be advertised as a travelodge or even a hotel on your site . It’s clearly a homeless hostel for long term stays. I sat on the covers wrapped in my own blanket from home in my clothes and could not use the bathroom in complete disbelief and non refundable so you are trapped. Def not worth any cost to stay here.. Take this off your site immediately

Avoid at all costs. I wish I'd read the reviews before I booked here. Both beds were disgusting, stained beyond belief and the bedsheets were covered in burn holes! The shower was so dirty I wouldn't have stepped in it with shoes on. The facility is in great disrepair and so dirty, I wouldn't stay here even if it was free.

The worst hotel experience ever. Hotel smelled like urine, was not fit for visitors, and the heat didnt work. It was minus 8 C outside, and the room was freezing. We had to wear our clothes to bed, plus heavy sweatshirt over top. STAY AWAY PEOPLE, IT IS DISGUSTING!

Not-so-clean Only one tiny bar of soap for 4 days and one teenie tiny conditioner packet. Bathtub filled with hair Bedsheets, pillows, and covers had stains on them. Lots of hair. Friendly people but 0 on cleanliness

Shower wouldn’t drain, all in all a DIVE. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Our stay was the worst ever experience we had at any hotel stay in Canada. Expedia and Travelodge must take serious action against this property. So bad smell in whole building (reception, corridors and room), dirty bedsheet and pillow covers, litter in whole building, non-professional staff. It was a nightmare.

Parking not plowed - deep snow when I arrived and more during the night, still not plowed next morning. Had to shovel my car out. Charged twice for room for a one night stay. Charged by Expedia when booked on Dec 1. Charged by Travelodge when checked in on Dec 2. Asked hotel staff twice to refund Dec 2 charge. Still on Visa account. No clothes hangers. Holes in bedding. TV worked intermittently. No face cloths or hand towels. Very shabby, walls scuffed and dirty. One coffee packet. Door only locked by door knob button and dead bolt. Wiring inadequate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker plugged into power bar. Only 3 electrical outlets in whole room. Mold around windows. Corridors dirty and dusty. Staff unfriendly.

Overall it is fair to good, staff were good, property conditions not very good, cleanliness not very good, TV wasn’t working, has parking, stayed 4 nights not cleaning everyday as they should.

The bedding was disgusting, had cigarette burns on everything. Hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. Toilet was dirty, and staff was not friendly. The whole hotel was unkept and dirty, with needles on the ground outside.

This place should not have the Travelodge’s name on it. It’s the worst hotel I ever went to. I did not stay the night because the rooms were disgusting. They were not clean. They were stains all over the bed. The hallways are full of dirt. The place was falling apart, and my wife did not feel safe.

Door lock was super weak and the door was paper thin. Hair all over towels and bedding stains on walls and burn holes on bedsheets. Reeked of cigarettes. Disgusting hole that should be tossed a match on

This place is no more than a run down flop house. The smell everywhere - the "lobby", the halls, the room. I should have turned around as soon as I walked in. I decided to at least see what the room looked like. I couldn't believe how bad it was. Dirty, smelly, just.... unbelievable. I turned around, gave them back the key card and left. I can't believe Travelodge/Wyndham would let their name be put on this place. To top it off, they gave me the run around that I could only check out through Hotels.com.
