The only problem we had was a miserable person at the desk when we checked in on the 4th of October.
The next morning a different person on the desk was friendly and everything else was perfect.

Not the cleanest. Visible grime on the shower curtains. Bathroom especially needs some tlc. We were in room#206.

The phone rang through the night and it was the front desk however they could not hear me. Phone flashed error.
Smoke detector battery was running low and beeping throughout the night.
The tenant next to our room was screaming until 4am. People knocking on my door

The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpeted floors were filthy. They turned my white socks black. The freezer melted our ice cream. The air conditioner/ heater was poor. The complimentary breakfast was poor although the coffee was acceptable. The waffle maker may be the only saving grace. The TV was exceptionally complicated and the wifi crashed regularly. The staff are friendly and helpful considering the poor conditions. I will stay elsewhere next time.
