Had an amazing time staying here, hotels seems to be newly renovated, our family had a very comfortable stay, even though the parking was not included but due to some handicap vehicles we were offered free parking in front of the building which worked out great

The place is nicely renovated, our room have a beautiful view of the falls and Clifton Hills, very clean. Pool and the hot tub is nice too. We checked in on a Sunday so there is not a lot of people and it was a very relaxing stay. Front desk staffs are super nice, also attentive and accommodated our requests. Walkable to the attractions and the falls. 9/10, reasonable price and will recommend to everyone.

Match Up souvenir shop and Antica Italian restaurant are must visits. On the hill of Clifton Hill, a ten minute walk to the Rainbow Bridge and Timmy’s within 5 min walk. Thanks to the front desk staff helping me with early check in. The restaurant in the same building is also worth trying…peameal bacon eh!

We went to Niagara Falls for our son’s 7th bday.
The hotel was very clean but unfortunately they were sold out of parking and the parking area was quite far away and a dangerous walk with the icy conditions.
On top of that our fire alarm went off in our room only at 6:30am and no one apologized or even offered to comp us breakfast or parking or anything to make up for the inconvenience.
The front desk associate was just sitting on his phone when we checked out and was like oh I heard about that sorry thanks for coming.
Lol, last time we stay there for sure. Try treating your customers with better respect and more compassion moving forward.

I really liked how the horel gives you wayer bottles and how rhey take care of your needs quickly whenever you ask for something.
My kids forgot an hdmi cord for their game system and the hotel had one for us to borrow!!!
Overall great stay besides the people yelling in the hallways and hitting the walls at 2am....

Close to everything downtown (clifton hill). Park your car at hotel, walk everywhere including casino Niagara. Clean hotel, newly renovated, pool and hottub were great too
