Very pleasant looking hotel and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is nice and speaks English.
The longer I stayed however the more evident the weaknesses. I arrived on a Saturday night however could not get laundry service until Monday morning and yet still took longer than promised to get my clean clothes until late night Tuesday after asking for the status.
On three separate occasions I returned to the hotel from a long day of business meetings to my key cards not working. Walked all the way back down from the sixth floor to the front desk to get new cards made despite asking for two additional keys the second time, and all I wanted to do was shower and relax. The employees quickly reissued cards but gave no explanation on the issue.
Will highly consider booking the hotel on the next trip, before first looking at other options in the area as the neighborhood is very safe.

Stayed here for the second time in Jan 2024. Quiet and good hotel. They have a standard breakfast everyday and I liked my breakfast rouitne.
However, after a week of stay, Noi stopped providing water to the room. I had to call and ask for water. I don't know why suddenly this was done. And since I didn't speak Spanish nor anyone at hotel tried to explain in English, the vanishing act of the water bottle and glasses, I was left with long waiting time for water to come.
The staff seem to do what they have to. Very few I found to genuinely smile and go beyond their routine. Somehow you miss the flair here.
When I stayed here in Dec 2023, an elderly gentlemen wouldn't budge unless I tipped him for the room service. I was surely tipping but it didn't have to be that he had to keep repeating and gesturing to sign off on the tip.
This is a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. So one could make use of the restaurants nearby.

Fantastic views of the area especially during sunset and drinks perfect… we ended up eating here and was fine, nothing special though.
However our waiter was friendly and welcoming and helps us with photos etc.

Great location, fantastic food. But the slowest kitchen ever. If you see there at least 70% the Roof Top busy, your simple order will delay at least 45 minutes.

There was no running water in the hotel and in addition to the hotel staff not being able to provide any information regarding the issue, they were very rude and ironic to provide a solution. We had to move to another place at 11pm without any formal solution from the hotel management. A month later, they still haven’t replied a single email.
