Lovely hotel.close to the metro stop and to useful shops including a chemist. The breakfast is really lovely with an excellent choice of items and the restaurant is very good too. We only had bottled water provided in the room on the first day. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and that’s a shame. I think tea and coffee should be provided. Apart from that I can’t really fault the service. Staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was excellent too.

Rooms are nice, but DO NOT order room service. The food sucks they can't even make a pizza with mozzarella cheese or make a cheeseburger. There's lots of restaurants nearby or order Uber Eats. I've stayed at this hotel many times, not by choice, but every single time the food is 0/10

This is the best-smelling hotel I have ever stayed in! It is not too strong, yet it adds the perfect sensorial touch needed for a restful stay. Made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
The food is great and the rooms are generous. Everything is clean to the highest level and the staff is helpful. If I can criticise anything it's the gym... that could certainly get some upgrade!

Even the good location, the good quality of the room how it’s possible, that since 8 am every single day it’s impossible to sleep a little bit more due the noise of cleaning services.
The sound of the radio communications, employers talking and cleaning at this hour with any concern it’s unacceptable.

Feeling safe and very comfortable, with plenty of opportunities for eating and shopping close by, and in the middle of the business neighbourhood of Santiago - there are the top advantages of this Pullman property in Santiago. I enjoyed my stay and would come back definitely
