First, the good things: rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool is nice, the grounds are beautiful. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel largely caters to a Russian and Chinese clientele base, but there's also English signage. The bad things: the food in the diner is not very good at all. There's not much choice and the food is rather bland. The location is rather far from the ocean. The convenience store in the lobby is really expensive.

Please stay away from this resort , I’ve made a small mistake on my booking through agoda
And it was one month in advance and they wouldn’t agree to cancel or change the dates for 4 nights of booking which cost more than 1000 usd, agoda reached out to them twice and they simply didn’t wave the cancellation.
This hotel has 0 customer service and only concerned about money.
I’ve never experienced such a harsh and unwelcoming customer service.
With this kind of attitude I doubt this hotel will provide any decent customer service for its guests.

Not new hotel. But in very beautiful bay. The sea is clean and transparent and beach is quite large and municipal.

The hotel area is excellent, large swimming pool, lots of greenery, hammocks, swings. There is a small children's playground. The rooms are in need of renovation, the wallpaper is peeling a little. The service is good, but the staff does not speak English, much less Russian. I didn’t like the breakfasts; the only edibles I found were eggs, toast, dumplings and fruit. Perhaps the rest is also tasty, but I didn’t dare try it. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach or you can take an electric car that runs every 5 minutes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The beach is good and clean. The sea is clean, the water is clear. Water activities are nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the food street, or you can take a bus from the hotel for 2 yuan. Overall I was satisfied
