Expected quality of services, cleanliness and amenities for a hotel of this standard. Give 4 stars for the facilties as the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool was a letdown given that it took them more than 5 days to do so, coinciding with my length of stay. I thought it could have been faster. The free upgrade of hotel room given as a first time guest was a well received pleasant surprise. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay nonetheless.

Good choice to stay in Beijing. Near a shopping mall, not far away from metro station. Easy to go to tourist attractions as well. With a nice swimming pool and gym, you could also relax here. 中秋期间入住，价格很合理，客房服务员每天把房间打扫的很干净，感谢！

Very large varied buffet breakfast. Quiet room even though close to elevator. Very comfortable beds. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and walk to subway.

Everything was good! Excellent breakfast! However, for mid April with embient temperature up to 28C, hotel A/C sytem was not warking due to season. Room temperature was reaching 29C during day time!

Quite a dated hotel with dated rooms, lots of water damages

I love everything about this hotel, although I had not had opportunity to try all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, professional service, excellent location.

We are a couple in our 50s. We decided on this hotel from information posted in the internet. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Complex Building is across the road. A 10 minutes walk to a MRT Station provided convenient transportation to tourist attractions in the city. Plenty of choices for food in the mall and adjacencies. Safe environment, next to Starbucks, policemen from across the road can probably hear you shouts. As the hotel is situated in the city, adjacent to commercial office buildings, the adjacent roads are busy during office hours. Hotel provides a variety of local dishes for breakfast. Our room on level 7 came with a deluxe king bed. Average size, good for a couple, furniture is a little dated. Calls to service desk were made to replenish mineral water bottles and replacement of floor mat. While these were oversights from room cleaners, responses from service desk were prompt, within 5 minutes on both occasions. A special note of commendation to the duty managers (Mr Musa and Mr Cola Hsu) during my stay from 29 Feb to 5 Mar 24. Both managers were very helpful and facilitated with our day tour bookings, hotel transfers to train stations, directions information and transportation requirements. Both gentlemen made the stay memorable, thank you very much.

Nice clean hotel in a prime area in Beijing. Big 'Thank you!' to the service staff at the 6th-floor dining, lobby bar, front desk, and room services - they are very attentive, polite, and efficient. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again.

Room card didn’t work 4 times! Bathroom had a sewage smell from time to time. Breakfast was cold and the layout of the drinks/food was placed all over the place. The hotel is within the shopping mall which is great and the staff were very friendly.

Amazing hotel! Best pool in Beijing, room was wonderful and breakfast tasty.

Though it is a little far from downtown (near 2nd ring road), it is near MRT. You can access anywhere from here. The property is nice and clean. The bed is really fluffy and comfortable. We especially admire the staff professionalism. The concierge is so helpful, and even the doorman. One day he paid for our cab when the cab driver did not have enough change. We certainly paid him back afterwards. This property is highly recommended.

It was the best surprise to arrive at this Utown location, the service and decor was impeccable, there was delicious food in the buffet, reasonable prices for a 5 star experience, immediate assistance when I locked my passport in the safe and forgot the code. Internet was very slow on my computer. Mall next door had great food and shopping, nearby ritan trade is a shopping heaven and Chaoyangmen station is so close to the airport line in 20 minutes youre at the airport. Excellent.
