Near stadium and Metro. Walking distance to museums.

Room was upgraded and spacious on high floor. Some corner surface has minor dusts, facility really good but some of them were bit old. All in all is nice! Over expectation. Location good and various dinning option including onsite of hotel at top floor.

An excellent place to stay. Great service. Very nice and well located. My family and I had a great stay.

The hotel is clean and quiet. However, they do not assist guests with booking day tours. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station but only a short taxi ride to bell/drum towers. Taxis are quite cheap here. Walkable to xian yan tower.

Excellent service and breakfast

My one bedroom unit is very spacious. I was solo but I think it's ok for a family of 3 or even 4. 1 bedroom, 1 big living room and the kitchen area. The unit has all necessities you may need for a comfortable stay. The washer dryer worked well and was even provided with detergent. Bathroom was in old-fashioned style but updated modern amenities and high-end toilet. Nice and neat. The staff were kind and sweet. Great location, just 1 street away from a street with many dumpling stores (including 1 highly rated online). There's a small draft beer bar next door with some mean beers and the staff are fun, too. Highly recommended.

Good location, older style hotel but well maintained. Staff are excellent, very helpful to ma because I can’t speak Chinese. Great breakfast, decent smallish gym. Too much plastic to be eco-friendly but very comfortable business stay.

I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general. I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub. The hotel staffs are good in general. However, I had a bad experience with one front desk staff -- Frank Fang. When I need to use the business center for a printing, I asked him where the business center was located. He told me that the business center had been closed. So, I asked him what the open hour of the business center was. He changed his words by saying that the business center was still open but no staff there. So, no guest can use the business center. Then, I asked his help for the printing. He said the front desk could help the printing but it would come with a charge. When I tried to hand him my USB drive for the priting, he told me that no USB drive would be accepted. Anyone who like to use the printing at the front desk has to use the Chinese App, Wechat, to transfer the file to him for the printing. For anyone without the Chinese App, nothing he can do. Then, he refused to give any additional help. I have a quite positive experience at this hotel. However, Frank Fang's attitude ruined my good impression of this hotel. Quite disappointed.

Lovely hotel with opulent public rooms, and spacious well appointed bedrooms. Situated a little outside the ancient city centre - about a twenty minute walk to the City South Gate. Food good - the buffet dinner in the Zhuque excellent. The CP staff were helpful, despite the language barrier - an English speaker was usually made available when needed. Concierges were particularly obliging. 51st floor bar worth a visit, especially at night. Highly recommended.

It was a very comfortable stay for our family trip. The front desk and the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of good choices. Only problem is the pool is not the hotel managed facility, the water and towels are not clean and poorly maintained. It’s mainly the swim lesson program for the kids who are not staying at the hotel.

Strong stench in bathroom i was in..luckily i brought along a room spray.Hotel wanted an deposit of more than rmb500 per night for a 2 night stay. In earler hotel, they only needed rmb500 for stay of 2 nights. Location is not close to city center where attractions are.

The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained and well-located. Service was excellent. Breakfast was so varied and interesting as well as delicious!

It was a nice stay. I did splurge on my hotel as there were many nice hotels in the area that were cheaper. The location was good but had to take a taxi to the bell tour and the wall. The staff spoke some English. Breakfast was very nice. The bar on the 51st floor had fantastic views and live music which was very enjoyable. Some things that didn’t impress me was when I asked for a taxi I was just told to go outside into the street and catch it myself. The taxi drivers had no idea where to take me as they spoke no English. This is something the staff could’ve helped with easily. At breakfast you have to ask for the coffee which is fine but I never got mine and had to ask another staff member. Little details but those are part of the experience when you are paying that much for a stay.

The hotel, the staff, the service were all excellent.
