A well appointed hotel with a pleasant staff and a lovely restaurant. Breakfast buffet is very good. About a 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and another 5 minutes to the West Lake.

More of an American type hotel with all the amenities. It was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Close to shopping downtown and the lake is within walking distance.

Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room.

This hotel has to be located in one of the most convenient areas for tourists. Within walking distance from many popular sites. The building itself is quite old and has very thin walls which makes it quite difficult for a good night sleep.

Superb staff, super helpful and treated with good hospitality. Good location, close to west lake 10-15 minutes walk and close to some outlet shopping area. Recommended for sure. I will stay again at the hotel for sure.

吃方便(老娘舅白饭蛮好吃), family mart nearby. 交通方便 around 10min walk to longxiangqiao metro station, also can walk to westlake around 15min. 公交车和地铁很便宜, hotel 叫的租出车比外面的贵。
Beside 华辰 hotel (community) 可以买 bus ticket to airport rmb20 per person.

Great hotel. Very good location, around 10 min walk to the subway and 12min to the west lake. The breakfast is very good with lots of western food options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just the air conditioning was a little too hot! The staff can speak English. I highly recommend for foreigners.

This was my first visit to China so I had no idea what to expect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the restaurant served a great breakfast with lots of choice including both Chinese and Western foods. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Hangzhou.

It's nice hotel, clean, and somewhat close to West Lake, subway station, restaurants, shopping places (around 10 - 15 min walk). In front of hotel, there is bus stop to / from airport. Wifi is terrible, can't use it at all.

Their rooms are old. Their check-in staffs haven't heard of hotels.com. Their toilet almost didn't flush. Their check-out time was too long. Their breakfast staff didn't know what is scrambled eggs. There is no view in the room. Their Internet doesn't support communication via Port 22 (you know what that means).

It was our first ever visit of Hangzhou, and Grand Metropark Hotel helped make our trip so very enjoyable. Just a short walk to the beautiful West Lake, and it's central to shopping, dining, and the Subway. All these are its strong points. Moreover, the food there was good, and wonderful service..
