Hilton Changzhou

The location is very good and room is clean. We enjoyed the breakfast especially for the fresh made noodles and Chinese donuts.

best hotel in the area by western standards. Only complaint is the sauna/steam is never prepped in the morning, so you have to wait 15 minutes for it to warm up. Surely the staff could turn it on first thing when gym opens???

Great location friendly

It is a little bite old, but absolutely well maintained. Very clean , except the window (outside) looks like not cleaned for along time. Very comfortable. It has a lively atmosphere at the lobby , especially at night , with the sound of music from live band. Excellent Breakfast.

Very nice hotel and location. Only issue is about room service...asked a burger and it did not taste like hamburger....should improve the cooking. After 9pm buffet restaurant closes...should be open until 10pm...

I had dinner at Red Bar, the food was very bad especially the steak & pizza.

Front desk gave me free bottled water, and ordered taxi for me. Friendly service. English speaking was fine. I had a 6th floor room with balcony that was very spacious.

Hilton Changzhou is a great hotel for anyone planing to visit the area. With very professional and friendly staff, strategic location, and good atmosphere it is the place to stay.

I have stayed here at this hotel since it opened in Jiaxing. The food has steadily gone down in quality. Room service food is terrible and over priced and the buffet needs more western dishes. I stayed in a suite and the lock to my door would not open approximately 1/2 the time. When I asked the bellman for help, he could not do it either.

The service is good. People are polite, room is clean.

Attractive price if you book with Expedia, otherwise double price. Location for me is OK. The hotel opened 1 year ago. The staff is still in training but very helpful. Very clean and beautiful. Excellent for business purposes.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is by far my favorite hotel in Changzhou for amenities, price and location. All of the reception, concierge and restaurant staff speak English well enough to communicate effectively. The hotel rooms are very well kept and clean. I try to get a view of the park (Wujin Xintiandi Park) across the street because the view really is amazing. It is a beautiful walk along this park which circles a man made lake. On the southeastern side of the park is a great little recreation grounds. There is also a large shopping mall complex just down the street to the southwest side of the hotel. The eastern half of the complex includes an RT Mart (a multi-story mass retailer, sort of like a Super Target with all sorts of departments including groceries) and on the north side (of the eastern half) there is also a Watson's Pharmacy. The eastern half also includes a movie theatre and arcade as well as a indoor play area for small children. The western half of the complex is the Golden Eagle Shopping Center. Both halves of the complex contain additional retail stores laid out in a shopping mall footprint along with many, many restaurants. This hotel is also near (by taxi) the ancient town of Yancheng. If I ever get a chance to bring my family here, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel.

Only issue is that the hotel is quit a distance from the centre of Changzhou

I was in Changzhou and this hotel was a great value. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. My only complaint is the Internet connection speed was quite slow but that is common throughout China.
