Hui Hotel

Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead.

It was okay

Large room, luxurious and well appointed. Automated curtains. Everything was thoughtfully done, including how toothbrushes and bedroom slippers were of two different colours for easy identification.

Super large rooms with fancy amenities. The rooftop gave a nice skyline view of Futian, SZ. Staffs were polite. I booke two standard rooms and was given an upgrade for one of the rooms. Upon entering the standard room, I could smell the cigarette scent and was asked to exchange for another room. The staff immediately offered us to check in to another unit (which is a bigger unit). All in all, both rooms were upgraded. The king size bed was comfortable. Only complaint to note was receiving a call from front desk at 1 am telling me that the police is coming to my room (didn’t not specific a reason). I got a knock on the door after a few minutes. Being a non-China resident, I had no idea what the heck was going on. I didn’t get a warning of a potential police check up at midnight. I was a little hesitant to open the room door. Apparently this was a standard “random” check up done by the police - that also woke me up in the middle of the night.

The decoration and the downstairs at the lobby the birds, the reception staff were ok but not great, and don’t speak English, for the category of Tue hotel, the receptionist staff must speak English

The location and decor at the hotel is great. The staff are friendly but they speak very little English. Our room was large and comfortable but we had a strong smell of smoke that seemed to be coming from the shower. The staff did try to sort this out for us but it didn't seem to ever stop. There was no menu for in-room dining and as everything was in Chinese, we couldn't watch the TV either which became a little frustrating. The rooftop bar has an amazing view! Overall a nice hotel with staff who really try to please the guests, but it lacks experience of 5 star service and it's not very accessible for non-Mandarin speakers.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Very unique experience. Most of Chinese hotels internet is limited. Hui Hotel internet was limited as well. Other then that It was a very nice hotel.

The Customer Service Manager is excellent to provided service t me while I lost my sunglasses and called a taxi. He is terrific whom I never seen in China.

Overall great experience. The staff are super helpful with anything you need and the location is walking distance from the malls.

The staff is friendly and check in and check out is hassle free. Rooms are clean and pleasant

Great room, nice staffs, disappointed breakfast, the difficult place to find.

Beautiful hotel perfect for a night or two. We stayed two nights I fell in love with the design of the hotel it was beautiful however service was a bit slow and I think the design aspects overshadowed some functionality of the rooms overall a great place - make sure you visit the roof for 360 degree view of Shenzhen

A beautifully designed boutique hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The location is a bit "off" for business. The service leaves a lot to desire as very few staff (none at the restaurants, only at the reception) speak some form of English and none seem to make much effort to assist. As such, it seems to be a hotel more aimed at catering for a domestic and not an international clientele. Please also pay attention to what you may consume from the minibar as some items were expired six months ago and had a not so appealing appearance. I won't be back.

Lovely hotel. This is the second time I stay there. The rooms are amazing and the hotel's common areas are modern, beautiful and well maintained. There was a funny smell in our room that could not be handled during our 3-day stay. The only point to improve is the stuff's comprehension of the English language. Definitely a problem when ordering food or trying to fix a problem. The dinner menu in the restaurant is rather limited as well as the wine menu. Other than that the hotel is great and it's a gem in the middle of Shenzhen.

I couldn't be more happy with this fabulous stay. A art museum-like feel, everything is wonderfully organized and tastefully placed. Looking forward to going back.

Whilst it was nice and tidy, you could tell it was certainly not maintained up to 5* standards.

great hotel, gym is a little basic but enough for a one night stay, and not sure how ethical the bird cages are in the reception, but overall great hotel.

Nice enough hotel, but location so so. I prefer to be closer to the main shopping centres...Staff were friendly but English was very poor. Rooms were nice, large, modern and clean. The little live white finches added a nice touch to the lobby.

Located at an inconspicuous traffic junction. First look from external, does not impress. But am pleasantly surprised by the posh interior. Check in early was ok. Room is big and spacious. Walking distance to MTR, shppoing and eaterys.
