This place was excellent. The staff was super sweet, the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was a wide variety of yumminess.

Hotel is good and the room is comfy and big. Metro station was 10 mins walk away and tourist attractions were a few metros away. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with a lot of eateries n a supermarket. If u do not mind the distance, it's a good hotel to stay in.

The room was very nice, beds were comfortable. The hotel felt very clean and modern. The breakfast was good. The only negative was that we ordered a glass of wine each (2 different types) and after they had been poured we were told that we would have to buy the bottles as white wine does not last. If we would have known that before we would not have had a drink there as my glass of wine ended up costing me $50.
The hotel was in a handy location next to a shopping mall and some restaurants including a Western restaurant. I don't know if there were any local attractions as we were there on business but it worked well for us.

Property looks pretty new and everything inside the room are in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only downside of this place is that there's no wired Internet, which makes it a little bit inconvenient to me cuz I need stable internet access for work. It's nice to have a 24hr gym and a swimming pool (only until 10pm).

Room is clean, the area is quiet, didn’t hear any noise from outside, just when some others pass by your room will hear some voices. Near shopping mall and train station. Staff are helpful, I had a good stay.

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Clean, quiet, staff was excellent and very professional and everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within a few minutes walk as well as the Metro. Awesome experience!!

The HVC system was not good. Our first night, the room temperature only reached 21 degree Celsius. Hotel offered us a different room on the second day, room tempurature stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. There was nothing hotel staff could do. Only thing they could do is offering a fun. We had to keep our room door open a lot of time in order to bring the temperature down. Rather disappointed.

breakfast is good. Every day has different varieties of Chinese foods. western foods are soso specially coffee is so light. Good facility convenient location. Heater control in room not working, temperature was too high, sweating all night but couldn’t do nothing.

Hotel is equipped just enough for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant. Close to metro station line 2 and line 15. And surrounded by several big shopping malls. Adequate Restaurants and food courts in the area too. Most importantly hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. This makes my stay at Hyatt place much more pleasant. I will always come back here while visiting shanghai. Strongly recommend!
