I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi. It is in the center of Wuxi close to most places of interest to us. The service is impeccable. All the staff we met were informative, helpful and courteous.

Very noisy. I am not sure if it was kareoke or the bar but piano and music sounds super loud every night until midnight or past midnight. I stayed in floor 45.

Could barely breath!
The air con was set at 25 and with the windows being totally sealed it was difficult to sleep at night. they provided a separate fan but for a supposed 5 star hotel seems ridiculous you cant control the heat to suit your own needs

Checking in was very low efficiency and the room soundproof was very very bad so that we were always waken up by next door.
it takes very long to get deposit back although they promised they would return it to me right away but I haven’t received it after 1 working day I left.

Great breakfast and great location and very comfortable bed. Can't play your own movies on TV. The business center has only one computer, next to the reception desk, hard to read screen against the sky, no microsoft office on the computer, all in Chinese.
