Excellent hotel with a very accessible shuttle to Xinzheng airport. The service is very personal and the rooms were very large. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure is good. Unfortunately, the location is very far from any metro station so you should not stay here if exploring Zhengzhou. Would certainly stay here again for convenience to airport.

Clean & Quiet .. Great place to stay with family and/or business trip. Front desk understands English well. Can reserve airport ride at your time. Free wifi/parking/breakfast.

It's a good hotel, easy to travel from the airport, 5 minutes. The room is big, beautiful, doesn't smell of cigarettes. All items are provided. Reception staff are good and very fast.

This Hotel is superised for me! On 7/11/2018, I Stayed there overnight on my trip back to USA by pass Shanghai from Zhengzhou. The staff in ths Hotel was very friendly. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The bath shower did have some drainage issue but nothing bad. The room has clearing mechne ( I called it) with A/C to help you get rid of dust weather. The breakfast selection in Hotel was great. I will come back again. Particullarly, bus driver and server dropped me off at airport security check points. I felt so warm. Of cause, I will come back again. It is amazing experience. Ladies and gentlemen, On 7/11/2018, I checked into the Cave Hotel. The staff in the lobby are extremely polite and helpful. The etiquette is done well. Call directly: This lady please. . . . A young man personally helped me carry my bag upstairs. When I said I wanted to check out the check-in window for Shanghai, the lobby manager immediately sent a driver to take me to "find out" the situation. So warm💗! ! Early the next morning (5:45-6:00), the driver and a handsome guy took me to the airport until the security check. The handsome guy was so hot that he was sweating, but he still helped me carry the two suitcases to the security checkpoint. In my panic, I didn't even tip him. I don’t blame myself very much. The hotel can definitely be called a 4-5 star level, with ethnic elegance and modern etiquette. In this honest and earthy grassland of Zhengzhou, there is a unique surprise that makes me nostalgic. That is attentive service. The hotel is quiet, the bed is big enough, and the hot water for bathing is very hot, making it comfortable and comfortable. . . I will come again. Kev, wait for my invitation. . . . . A little gentle. . .
