Concierge staff excellent. Continental club great value. Clean rooms. Modern facility . Will definitely be staying again on business trip

used as a business stop for a couple of nights while in Jinjiang . Really comfy bed ( stayed on 12th floor) room spotlessly clean . Great breakfast selection though it was difficult to get a table at around 8am as so busy ( Tuesday morning)

Excellent Hotel, staff was wonderful but need more staff to accommodate English speaking guests. You need add Halal food otherwise you will loose customers to Hilton or other hotels.

Have stayed here multiple times for business and will again. It’s ok. Nothing special. Likely a really nice hotel years ago just showing it’s age.

Still one of my favourite hotels in this area. Modern, Comfortable, Good wifi, everything works as it should. Most rooms are nice & big. Club level room packages are well worth the extra cost. There is annoying cost cutting such as HBO/BBC News etc ceased & repaced by RussiaToday as nearest English TV Channel. Dinner Buffet now replaced by a la carte /menu ordering. I prefer buffet systems, Staff very good & efficient

Everything was very convenient and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room had exceptional amenities.

Very high class hotel in Jinjiang. Room is nice and facilities are well kept. Breakfast was average.

A very nice & easy going sort of hotel in the city Center & conveniently located. Good breakfast, nice rooms & importantly a satisfying stay!

The hotel and its facilities was good. The issue was only the lingering smoke odor that is still present on the non-smoking floors. Turns out they still have ash trays at the Elevator Banks at the Non-Smoking floor. Even the Continental Club reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Lobby has the overpowering smell of flowers once you walk into the hotel. For 3 days, I had to breathe through my mouth as I walk across the lobby. Makes me think I am at a funeral wake with the smell.

The rooms were very comfortable, the hotel seems pretty new and it is located within walking distance or a very short cab ride from the airport. We had lunch at the hotel and the food was exceptional.

I turn in my Laundry at 8:30 AM when I go to breakfast, I return after a long day by 10:45 PM and NO Laundry in my room, I go doen to the front desk and find two other Foreigners with the same exact problem, the guy at the counter says we got your clothes mixed up with these two other foreigners that kinda look like me as in a guy from Poland and a guy from Australia and myself from USA, all of us are checking out early the next day and we must have our clothes, an hour later they arrive 4 hours before I leave and the clothes were not really washed but sprayed to smell Ok and the clothes were still stretched out, in the morning I said I would not pay for the bad service and non-clean clothes they would check with the big manager and he did not arrive for 2 hours, I could not wait I had to fly in 1 hour, so I would not pay and they would not give my deposit back so they got paid by charging my credit card, and for loosing my wash and not washing my Laundry, I had stayed there 4 times a year for 20 years. Not sure about the future, with the Marco Polo.

Excellent location, service, facilities and food. In our opinion, the only place to stay in Jinjiang!

Nothing much to share except the hotel staff courteous

Great motel. Has ATM in the lobby area which was handy as most places would only take Chinese cards, not international or even our travel card. Room was awesome, heaps of extras in the bathroom, also some biscuits and fruit and bottled water. Breakfast included was the best we've ever had - heaps of choices. Good wifi. Easily walkable district
